Big News Of The Day
Lots Of People Are Going To Anaheim
As we record this, we’re about 18 hours from the registration booths opening at Blizzcon at the Anaheim Convention Center. We figured that there is no better way to kick off our daily Blizzcon and WoW coverage than to talk to one of the most anticipated guests at the event: Felicia Day.
In this, the first of many daily episodes of The Instance, we just try to entertain Felicia as we prepare to go to Blizzcon tomorrow, taking a couple of calls and hearing from a couple of contributors.
See you in Anaheim!
Additional show content provided by Mean Gene, Patrick from France, Shawn Basic, Darrell the Tipgiver, Steve “Buxley” Pietrowicz and the outstanding Instance Community.
Special thanks to TypeFrag and Godaddy, and DogHouse Systems for sponsoring this episode.

Great job getting Felicia on the show. She is one of my favorite female geeks. Right up there with Lady-V and Julia Ling from Chuck.
Kicking myself in the arse for not getting tickets to Blizzcon. Here’s to living it vicariously through you guys (well Randy anyway… sorry Scott).
w00t! Great episode!
I’m really looking forward to the Blizzcon update shows too. Sounds like it will be tons of fun.
Great episode, we’ve been jonesing for a new show all week.
Felicia, we love your show and we are anxious to meet you and your cast. Randy and Scott are so right about the “football in the morning” prediction.
Great show guys (and gal)
Looking forward to the rest of the Blizzcon episodes
Scott u n00b – how did you manage such an epic fail and NOT be going to Blizzcon?
Soup: Spend this week in my shoes and you’d understand exactly why.
Scott as a father, husband, bread-winner, podcaster and talented illustrator/artist, I am amazed that you have any spare time. I’m sure there is a posdcast to be had with Merlin Mann about getting things done in there some where… But never-the-less, I fully understand that you are not going to Blizzcon, but maybe next Blizzcon, you could go while the family is off playing in Disneyland, seriously. You pay for the family, and we will donate to the “Send Scott to Blizzcon” fund. People forget that a lowly podcaster’s rise to fame isn’t always matched with a rise in funds. But, it would be awesome to see you there. You really are quite possible the top WoW podcast at the moment and it’s just silly that your not a Blizzcon!
