Blizzard Settles With WoWGlider, Announces New Premium Glider Functions For Warcraft
That was quick. Blizzard has not only settled with WoW Glider before trial, but has assumed ownership of the product and immediately announced that they will be offering a premium WoW subscription.

I’m going under an assumed name here, because I’m a personal assistant for a very well-known actor, and I’ve just handed him a complete script treatment for the new Warcraft movie. It’s going to be called “Warcraft: The Fall of Quel’Thalas”, and it looks like it may be the first of a proposed trilogy, with a second part called “The Caverns Of Time” and the final installment called “The Battle Of Mount Hyjal”.

It looks like WoW and Upperdeck have bowed to the pressure of complaints about the turtle mount loot cards that gave you a mount that only goes as fast as your normal run speed, because the next expansion of the trading card game has a doozy! It’s going to be a very rare card, and it’s going to be a flying mount. I’ve seen the card, and the illustration looks like a white winged horse. And get this – the mount is supposed to be very fast!

The only reason I play Warcraft is to PVP, and I would like nothing more than to cheer for my guild mates as they fight in an arena. Blizzard should create an upper level observation deck to watch the carnage. It would also be cool for fellow guild members to receive some kind of buff for participating, in a very indirect way, in the victory.

Scott, you, Andrew, Randy, Patrick, and the rest of the contributors (including Kim, if I correctly recognized the voice of the “female WoW player”) are *soooo* going to Hell for this show. I nearly ran off the road, I was laughing so hard.
