NOT because of the artistic value, or the comic rendering, but because everyone knows (except, apparently, you,) that the way to stop a zombie is a shot, club, strike, blade, rock, crushing, whatever…to the head! With a candy cane jammed in his forehead, there is no way this santa zombie would still be standing.
