I hate weekends that are filled with technical glitches. Due to some strange DNS issue, I was not able to access EL, or any of my other stuff all weekend. Thus delaying ELTV, the Instance, Infendo, and countless other things I needed to try and get done.
To top it off we had this whole craziness with Blizzard and our new ELR, Instance, Buzz Out Loud guild. While that will sort itself out in time, it just felt like everything was broken all weekend. To make for a perfect storm I’ve been cultivating a head cold of epic proportions. I am now sneezing up gobs of what seems to be strange alien matter, all of which needs to be tested and sent to the Pentagon stat!

I just got a new gaming computer… AND IT REFUSES TO LET ME PLAY A GAME FOR MORE THAN A HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is pretty and shiny and a never ending ball of frustration. I have ben doing everything possible to fix this thing. And the company i bought it from is only making things wors (i buy power SUCKS!!!) All in all not bad! (i gots me some squee!)
I feel your pain Scott, though I’ve been coughing instead of sneezing. The part with the slimy alien blobs seem about the same though. Hope you get better soon. Well not as much as I wish I would get better soon but still… Whatever part of me is not feeling sorry for itself wishes you well =)

The downside of it all is that I’m now as stiff as a board.
Got in a fight with my best friend over the weekend. I was late leaving to go to Raleigh and she was pissed. Nevermind that I’ve been having problems with my work for my PhD and that’s what I was working on at the time (the reason why I was late). She was just so bothered that she decided my problems weren’t as significant as hers. So I canceled the trip due to “mental exhaustion” and now she’s even more upset with me. GOOD GRIEF!!! Glad to have a place to vent about it though
Let me see… not much, spend a lot of time sleeping and with my gf, and then yesterday gathered with some friends to watch the The Police performance at the Grammy´s.

My girlfriend broke up with me today using WoW to tell me (we met in WoW before taking it into RL). We were going to move in together next month…Now I figure out how to move on after I thought all was going well. Yup, my 3 day weekend sucked.

My weekend was okay.
Had Friday off and went to Powells City of Books to look around. Ended up buying a couple of books including “Infidel” by Ayan Hirsi Ali, “There Are No Secrets” by Wolfe Lowenthal and Cheng Man Ching and “Union 1812″ by A.J. Langguth. Saturday went to Kung Fu practice but left early because I was feeling bad so I came home and played WoW. Sunday played WoW all day with the exception of going to the grocery store and trying to make sense of what was happening to the guild, (I’m Ceroth, Level 16 BE Hunter by the way) and today I’m going to work at a WWE: Raw event (Oh Great Gobs of Joy).
Today I’d rather be sick.
My weekend, Playing WOW and talking to everybody in the middle of the Blizzard mess that happen over the weekend with (ELR-Instance-Buzz out loud Guild)……Other than that took time messing with my new Camera lens and getting ready for the Nascar races, Go Jimmie Johnson

Yeah, big fun weekend… I work in a hospital department that relies on a total of 6 volunteers throughout the weekend. I only had one show up, making me have to do a buttload of work. Apparently commitments don’t mean anything. Ah well, life goes on.

worst weekend ever
my crew of 6 on saturday shift ended up being a crew of 3 new employees which meant i had to do 6 peoples work which meant a nice 10 hour shift, could have been worse if other departments didnt help out. then on the sunday my gf came round took the xmas presents that been in my house for 2 months said thx and left.
least NIN announced they coming to aus … HELL YEAH!!! =)

Eh, could be worse Scott. I had a funeral on Friday, and a friend just died last night.
My whole family is sick. At least I have WoW…
Instead of posting stories about awful things… I had fun recording part of a music video for a project and did a whole lot of procrastinating… good times.
