Not that I encourage eating some of the monstrosities these companies produce on a daily basis, but if you had to choose one, which do you choose?

Are you watching the final season of LOST?

Southwell’s in Houston, TX (I recall them being on Bellaire Blvd. but I could be mistaken about that).
You haven’t lived until you’ve had a Southwell’s blue cheese burger.

@ Tofudisan: These things usually track IP addresses. Perhaps someone else on your ISP answered, adn you got the same IP they had when you logoged in, or they may be using NAT. Or you’re at work, and everyone there has the same IP as far as the rest of the Internet is concerned.

@Lizardbeth: Yea since McDonalds and Burger King is pretty much the only ones on the list found in (almost) every country known to man, gives them quite an advantage in this poll :P

Hi welcome to Good Burger home of the Good Burger can I take your order?

  4. xadrian

I think the issue is a lot of these places are regional. I don’t know if there are many Sonics up north and I don’t think Good Times exists outside of the west. (I actually thought it was only in Colorado.) I’ve never even heard of In and Out and while I’ve heard of Carl Jr.’s there isn’t one around me.

To that end, having eaten at the other listed locations (AND Red Robin AND Culvers) I have to say you haven’t had a burger until you come to Austin and eat at Burger Tex.

I’m in agreement with 5 guys burgers. Although there were a couple of stores on the list I’ve never had the pleasure of visiting.

    Lick’s – http://www.lickshomeburgers.com/

Only in Ontario, Canada. Best damn burger ever, I buy their frozen burgers at the grocery store all summer for my BBQ.

    Mmm… *drool*

    Best burgers not from home:
Fuddruckers – I usually call it “Big Ol’ Burger” because they have the 1 pound burger, but probably isn’t fast food.
What-a-burger – probably the best truely fast-food burger
Sonic – a number 2 (mustard, not mayo) is great

good fast food burger…isn’t that an oxymoron?

  16. Garamis

Nope as Good is describing the Fast Food Burger.
An Oxymoron would be things like American Beer, and Canadian Military

Best fast food burger would have to be Whataburger.
Best call ahead and pick up burger would be Fuddruckers.
Best damn burger period would be the Heart Attack Grill.
