They have tried to find a new person to play the
roll, but folk who enjoyed this magnificent show, me
included, still think that Linda Carter will always be
unreplaceable as Wonder Woman.
I’m not going to call a fix on this poll, I just find it interesting that you tempt us with the IronMan @ Trailer and Robert Downey Jr. is winning the poll…. HMMMM. Creating Bias perhaps?

Iron Man is the best superhero [and tinkerer/MAKE/geek-chic] movie I’ve ever seen. The Dark Knight is the best villain film I’ve ever seen, yes, even eclipsing The Silence of the Lambs.

Nice! Good to see Robert Downey Jr’s genuinely good stuff in Iron Man recognised. I do like Christian Bale’s Batman but it’s nothing all that special really is it?

Besides, you forgot about Edward Norton! Anyone remember The Incredible Hulk? Yeah, that little movie?
Or Eric Bana… yeah.. I said it… Or Michael Keaton… how about… Jack Black? I just think the poll is a bit limited since it didn’t include the previous incarnations of current superheros. So all of the current actors get all the attention.

Tough Choices… But Where’s Christopher Reeve?! I gotta admit though a few of those names are genuinely competing with him but Reeve broke the mold and proved that comic book characters can make for awesome movies.
Bruce Willis, yippy ki yay muthafucker! John Mclain was a hero if I ever saw one. Also Bruce was the “super-ish” hero in Unbreakable.
The new batman movies are quite good. except one teeny tiny thing… Christian bale sucks as batman. I cant take his voice seriously. It is simply hideous. Otherwise I love almost everything about the new movies
But I’m having a difficult time choosing between Hugh Jackman and Robert Downey Jr. But I think I’m gonna choose Downey.

Consider how much you swooned over Peter Cullen and Billy West, I’d figure you would give more credence to voice actors. Besides, when you think of how Batman sounds , you think of Kevin Conroy’s work.

Im going to have to say, as a rebuttal, Robert Downey Jr, did NOT make Iron Man who he was, good writing made Iron Man who he was.

I know a lot of people rip on Tobey Maguire but I think he perfectly captures the innocence of Peter Parker and how he’s suddenly thrust into this world of murderous freaks. I’m not voting tho because i haven’t seen some of these yet.

although it’d be hard to decide which actor was best as each variant had its own charm.
