Now the deal is that none of these are really fair comparisons, as the stuff in New Orleans is not really the same as oceanic blocking.  But its still funny.

    What I don’t get…is that the US government knew something like this would happen, yet did nothing about the piss poor flood defences you can see in that picture :/
