While it is funny that Jeff is walking Jake, I think the dirty minded people would have never spawned the thought if Jeff was in front of Jake holding the leash.

My first thought was that it was something like what has been mentioned above (not clean)
My second thought was that this was impossible, as I was looking at the work of Scott Johnson
My third thought was that of sheepish self-mockery at the assumption of smut at first glance
My fourth (Scott, this means you succeeded) was the realization of the irony and the inherent joke. Well done.
