The husband’s really supportive which is nice, but I just can’t help shake the feeling that she might be doing it to get attention. I hope for his sake that’s not true.
Man this is like watching a train wreck. I doubt she’d ever watch it but I want to recommend she watches Cinema Paradiso (Italian film circa 1990) – if you don’t cry at the end of that movie, you officially do not have a heart.
That lady either has some mental/emotional problem or she’s just acting. I feel like (and hope) it’s acting just because it’s difficult to keep up that amount of emotion while speaking at the same time. And having that happen with a movie like Star Wars or Back to the Future is just really odd.
I kind of thought it was weird while reading through the website but then felt very uncomfortable when I watched the first few seconds of a couple of the videos.
I have no explanation, and it’s only happened on The Notebook, but I balled uncontrollably for well over an hour after watching that movie. It triggered something in my brain that I couldn’t turn off and didn’t understand. Just completely overwhelmed with empathy.
If this is real and she has this reaction at the end of every mildly emotional movie, then she is in for a very difficult life. I can assure you it is not an enjoyable experience.
It’s either very fake or she has some serious issues. I’m tempted to suggest Schindler’s List as their next movie – but I don’t want to be responsible for the result.
If you read the bio stuff on the site you will find out it is only with movies with sad or happy endings and only at home… otherwise she is fine. Though watching all the crying from a woman makes me wonder if I am genetically predisposed to cringe when a woman cries or am I not use to it since I am a guy and I only date guys. Crying guys don’t creep me out… but crying women and sometimes women who are in big groups who cackle really bother me. Odd… but just the way it is.

Its funny until you realize something is really wrong with her.
Well if you read the FAQs they say this isn’t normal in their every day life, it’s just during these movies.

Y2K compliant? The site looks like it’s from the ’90s… but is the comment at the bottom real, or meant to be snyde self-aimed remark?
Picking Marley & Me is just not fair. I mean, no one can not cry during that movie.
I can’t help but feel like this is faked. I watched a few minutes of the very first one and I just wasn’t sold on the tears…
I’m with you Kara. The smirk at the camera at the end of the Star Wars video did it for me.

Holy crap, I think my wife may cry just watching this. lol Fake or not, I’m just trying to make out what she is saying.
