It seems that people still dig the comic book movies and think they should keep them coming! I am with you…even a bad comic book movie is better than nothing. Thanks for voting!

I have yet to not enjoy a super hero movie. I don’t watch many movies, but I find that they are enjoyable. I even liked Fantastic Four for what it was. It wasn’t blowing my mind, but it was worth a trip to the theatre. And I really don’t like the theatre much unless i’m with my friends. If going with parents, even to a kids movie, sit away from your parents. You don’t want to laugh at a joke they snuck in there, because there’s always a chance your mom may wonder why you understood it.

Plus if you’re watching Kung Fu Hustle you can laugh all you want at the guy getting peed on in the flash back. I embarressed those I was with because I laughed loudly and for a minute straight at that part. I still don’t know why.

I’m kind of on the fence. On the one hand, I don’t like the idea of studios just churning out superhero movie after superhero movie to make cash, but, on the other hand, there’s pretty cool stuff being made.
It seems kind of faddish at the moment, but I guess that’s just because technology’s only recently (as in the last decade, more or less) got to a level where they can make a superhero movie and not make it look dumb, so they’ve got like seventy years of catching up to do.

You didn’t have a “Maybe. I’m tired of poorly done movies” option, so I didn’t vote. :(

Uggh, they just keep coming. I believe someone will eventually make an Aquaman movie, and then everyone will realize what a bad idea this whole superhero movie “fad” is.

Just because in this day in age we CAN make superhero movies doesn’t mean we should. Only if the script is perfect and the director’s vision is right. Ghost Rider seems to have taken a wrong turn somewhere…Bad to the Bone in the trailers now??? Come on….

True- studios are really overdoing it, and seem blissfully unaware that, in the not-too-distant-future, the special effects will cease to be enough to keep audiences interested (and that’s assuming that they are now, something which is far from certain).
