Heath Ledger is going to be Legendary! I still get tingles down my spine when I hear his Joker laugh (whether it’s actually him laughing or not)…

Hmm it would just be too coincidental that both of those trailers are so identical. I call shennanigans.
Call me biased. I just prefer the original 1989 Batman more. I mean, its not every day that you hear someone in a movie yell out “This town needs an enima!” God I love some of the lines from the 89 Batman.
Frankly, the Joker’s new make up just looks sloppy, not better. And Jack Nicholson… Well. What acting job *can’t* he do?

The 1989 trailer is not real ( I think ) it was made up with parts of the real trailers so I think it’s all staged.
If anyone can find the trailer in question then post the link here, I have been searching for hours.

Sadly, the original trailer wasn’t that cool. Someone did one heck of a job with it though. They also did a remake of the Dark Knight trailer to footage from the 60′s tv show.

Well, just off the top of my head…
Any character who isn’t completely batshit insane.
I loved the 89 Batman back when my only previous exposure to the character was Adam West and the SuperFriends.
Then I started reading the comics and they made the animated series. After a few years, I watched the movie again and realized how lacking it really was.
Dark Knight I am looking forward to. Heath Ledger has some pretty big shoes to fill, though. Not Nicholson, though. Mark Hamill.
That was one of the best things I’ve watched in a while.

It’s not shenanigans. The poster youtube poster didn’t claim it was a batman ’89 trailer. Take a look at his description “My edit of the TDK trailer with ’89 Batman footage, split-screen for comparison.” Do your research before you try to call someone on something! Awesome vid.

Still like the old one – you can’t make “realistic” movie about Batman and Jocker! I’d take old dreamy/comicy (that’s a word, somewhere) one any day.
