I read the grafic novel a couple of years ago and this….. i dont remember it that way
Pretty cute, except the name of the team is the Crimebusters, not Watchmen.
Please, please tell me that that is fake. Im pretty sure it was but it seems like something abc would try and fail at.

It perfectly captures the crappiness of quickly churned-out 80s cartoons written by someone who barely skimmed the source material and then shoved it into a familiar plot/character package.

And the sad thing is that was *totally* like most of the superhero cartoon shows from the mid-Seventies onwards.

What is the advertisement budget for them to have so many clips like that. First the retro 60′s style newscast, now this.

For all the people that thought it was real and/or took offense: What is WRONG with you? I now hope this is real and will have 5 seasons of Rorschach goofiness so that it will eat away at your lives.
That being said. That was really funny, thought the comedian/silk specter thing was disturbing.
This isn’t real, it’s just a newgrounds video making fun of what would have been the cartoon show that is mentioned in the book itself. Also, each character is cleverly made opposite of their true personality traits. For example, Night Owl is in no way a leader figure out of all the watchmen.
And @Carver, the Crimebusters never happened. And I’m pretty sure that the group was given the name “Watchmen” during the police strikes.
Also found it funny that Rorschach was “friend to the animals” and was playing with two dogs.
