You may have noticed that the main page is sans the comic right up front, similar to VG Cats, PA, others…worry not. I am just going to try a couple things, one of which deals with the format of the comic, and the size. I will keep you all up to date as I move along with the plans. 
No offense, but I dislike this layout for Extralife.

The google ads are in the way at the top
I also prefer the comic-on-the-front-page layout…
I kinda like it, actually, I’m not so sure about the actual look of the button/link thingies that get you there, but I don’t mind the new layout
its just so scott can get more money from the ads…scott has abandon us
I liked it when the the comic was on the front page, altho that might just be because I’m lazy.
Scott: it’s nice to have a get the latest show button.. but what show is it leading to? i’ve clicked it and found that it leads to elr.. but what about your other 8234075893746 podcasts ?
Actually here is the problem. I am wanting to move back a bit to a wide format from time to time…some 4 panel jobs, etc. But I am not ultimately sure what I am going to do. I will start a poll right now.
i am putting it back till we get poll results in.
Might have to just go with a stacked 4 panel thing.
If I may be so bold, I don’t think you NEED our approval to change the site… It’s nice that you care enough to ask us, but I don’t think I’d be the only one who wouldn’t leave if you changed it. You won’t drive people off; I don’t think. I’d rather see you do what’s best for the site, rather than bend to our will. Your work is good enough quality that most (if any) people don’t care too much about the way the site actually looks so much as the content… not that we don’t openly give new suggestions all the time. I’m just saying that if you have plans, you shouldn’t let our opioinon sway you so much. If it works, we’ll love it, and have no problem, if it doesn’t, you can always change it back later… that’s my mini-rant…

I just like to include you guys on things I do around here. You are the reason its succeeding, so I figure you all deserve a voice. That’s all.
It’s good to have the latest comic on the main page. It’s really annoying having to search for it on other sites. Anything else I’m not fussed with
well i do like the comic on the front page, but the latest podcast button was neat. If you could add that at the top or something, that’d be great
As long as the comic continues to exist, I personally don’t care where it appears I’ll find it.
Actually I think you should redo all the buttons in the new style. Most new people to the site do not even know about the Forums and such. Mainly due to the TINY text off to the side.
We want cool buttons for it all… maybe have them across the top like PA, but make them just the main areas of the site and have the other ones down the side.
To be honest, I come here more for the stuff under the comic than the comic itself, so moving the comic doesn’t bother me much. But even if I did come for the comic I wouldn’t mind, I read PA and VGCats both regularly. I mean seriously, how lazy does one have to be to not want to click one extra button or just bookmark the latest comic page?
It makes me happy when people hate the comic. It really does.
