That’s nice, but I want to see a real thought out comparison from a business perspective, looking at the similarities in their history, their impact on their respective industries, and their view in the public.
I was reading an article on IGN that Microsoft is going to try and take on Mac and Nintendo and make an iPod/Portable gaming system and I’m 90% sure they’ll blow it. As of now, they said it’s only going to be sold on Amazon.com … that’s going to work.
apple since the imac has been a leader is trend. Nintendo likes to think they are thr leader of trends but if you look at all there products of that date they have a very strickin resemblance to apple
There’s no denying that Apple have great designs, very modern and user friendly. I’m really not surprised that other companies are using some of the designs – hell, I would! Nintendo aren’t the only ones out there with designs similar to another company. People follow trends, so if a certain look is popular or sucessful, other people are going to want it.
I’m not really fussed on who copies who, as long as you end up with a decent product that looks good and is user-friendly.
