Minority Report Interface: How would you use it?

I had seen a video about a new table top interface technology many months ago. As you can see here:

More recently I have found another video which seems to be more advanced in both it’s technology and how its being put to use.

My questions to you are….How would you this being used? What game or application would you have designed to utilize this technology?
