Mega Drive Controller Gets MP3′d

Sega Controller MP3 Player

Forget your iPod, this should be the MP3 player of choice. A group of modders have revived a Sega Mega Drive Controller, and successfuly converted it into a fully functional MP3 Player. All the control functionality you’d expact is there, with the A and B buttons acting as the volume controls, the D-Pad allowing you to skip tracks and the start button stops and starts the playback.

Pretty impressive mod, but that USB plug looks like it could be an issue. A simple USB extension lead should sort that out no problem, though.

    Useless…just freaking use your iPod normally. I don’t see why people need these gadgets.
