WHAT??? I think not
Yeah… cause Scotland is full of fricking Mister Snuffleupaguses.
And that picture (the most famous picture of the Loch Ness monster) is a fake. The guy who took it admitted it on his deathbed. I remember reading about it the paper.
it was a toy boat, not an elephant…
A crazy theory, although indeed the picture was a fake. Then again, there is also no reason whatsoever for an elephant to get into that deep of water in the first place, as they have a natural instinct to fear deep water for the predators that live in it.
Also Scott, that has been around for a VERY LONG TIME.
Ha ha; I mean…come on, it isn’t April fools day!
Last time I was up there the only thing I could see was the tons of Nessie merchandise that the locals were earning a living from.
Lord Zeon, sorry but you couldn’t be more wrong about an elephant’s behaviour around water. Elephants are excellent swimmers and have been found miles offshore. They can swim, sometimes using their trunk as a snorkel, for up to 6 hours and 50 kilometres.
Great, Now I want to hire an elephant to go overseas…
My 2 cents: Loch Ness was a horse floating upside down.
It’s true because I made that up totally by myself.
Let’s say it’s an elephant. next question: what the hell is an elephant doing in Scotland?

My biggest fear in life is anything unknown from deep water – that picture of the loch ness monster, regardless of it being fake still scares the hell out of me.
The elephant theory bought a smile to my face though!
The photographer of that famous picture came forward years ago and pointed out how they created the hoax. It isn’t a “mistaken” anything.
No I mean what is an elephant doing consistently in Scotland not a once in a lifetime event.
It was only once. The other times they “saw” what their fevered imagination wanted them to see.
