I’m not saying Kevin Costner makes bad movies, he just hasn’t managed to strike gold since “Robin Hood” and “Dances with Wolves”. I’m not saying every movie on this list is a bad movie, in fact some of them are pretty good, but they just didn’t seem to strike a chord with American moviegoers. Here is the list:
I sort of like the guy, but not all these movies. Though Waterworld is still a good time on a Friday night. 
Someone at work has a good point: What about the 2 or 3 other movies during that time that actually made money, like Tin Cup, and a few others? The article is a little one sided, however, it does make the point that Kevin has not been rocking the box office in quite a while.
