I will do a real review on the podcast, but HOLY MOLY! This movie owns! Best comic book movie ever IMO. Yeah, the Xmens are good and Spiderman 2 was great….but this not only resurects the Batman franshise from a well-deserved death, it has pushed the bar higher for other Comic Book movies…I hope The Fantastic 4 is half this good.
Anyway, go see it already! Freaking ruled my year!

Best movie I’ve seen this year was Mr. & Mrs. Smith…. Awesome
We’ll see if Batman can top it this Friday !! wooohooo.
You know I’m going to like the batmobile in this one.
They really do this thing right. A rightful success in every way as far as I’m concerned.
They should make the next movie “Batman Ends”, where he has to escape the retirement home to fight the Joker, who is in the building next door. And then zombies come from the past!. Kind of like a mix between Bubba Hotep and Army of Darkness.
youre joking eh ? that good ? well see.
Its VERY good, Unity…so worth the trip.
Me: You smoken der cracky?
ROFL!!!
I saw it last night at midnight. One of the best movies ever.
I made a T-shirt that said “Say no to bat-nipples” to wear to the show. Almost no one got it.
The movie rocked though.
Ebert gave it four stars. 82% at rottentomatoes.com… and most importantly, I knew I would like it as soon as I saw the preview. Can’t wait to see it.
Report back, everyone. Love to hear your opinions.
I’m hearing alot of “awesome” and some exaggerated comments like “one of the best movies of all time”. I hope to see it soon, but currently no one can go with me here yet. I wouldn’t want to go alone.
Uh, What is Grom?
I wont call it the best movie of all time, but its easy for me to say its the best comic book movie of all time.
oh and I fixed the Grom.
Yeah, definently best comic book movie of all time. The best part about it was everything was somewhat believable, with the way technology is going.
I liked the fact that everyone could actually act in this one best movie I’ve seen in quite a while.
Just got home from Batman… it F*%#ING rocked!!! It not only makes up for the bad Batman movies, it even makes up for the old 70′s TV show.
Christian Bale just recently said he has signed on for 2 more Batman movies, AND he is signed on for the Batman/Superman movie too.
Freakin’ Sweet.
You gotta be kidding me. X-Men, good? Spiderman 2, GREAT? They were all a total disaster. It was in the premier of Spiderman 2 that I realized that one could actually FALL ASLEEP in a movie.
And it’s not like I don’t fancy comic-based movies; it’s just that they’re all poorly made.
I still gotta take a look at Sin City.
Ok, I gotta post and say that Scott is right on target with this one. I saw it last night and wanted to turn around and watch it again. Great show. The whole hero thing was almost a sidenote, it was a great movie first. Can’t say enough about it. Better than “Smiths” and “Episode 3″. Best movie I’ve seen this year for sure. Good call Scott.
90′s batman movies = 3 out of 10
Spiderman movies = 9
X-men movies = 9
Hulk = 6
Batman Begins = 9
Ths movie rocked my face off! The only movie this summer that I would watch more then one time before it comes out on video.
I would go like this:
Batman = 9
Xmen’s = 8
Spiderman 2 = 8.2
Batman Begins is a great movie. A classic of the Batman movies. Right up there with all the great comic book movies.
I was skeptical when I went in, but, this movie is really worth seeing in a theatre with THX. Gotta go see it in IMAX now.
I saw Batman Yesterday and it was freakin’ great! That was the best movie I have seen all year! (which isn’t saying much actually) Batman was a fantastic movie and I can’t wait for the inevitable sequel.
Gentlemen …. Batman has come clean.
This movie is OWNAGE. This is the term for it. As good as ROTS.
Revenge of the sith : 10
Batman begins : 10
Movie industry is heading the correct way
