This was a tough one. Many of you threw your hat in the ring on this contest, despite or because of the recent controversy.

I personally LOVE the Wolfenstein one! Brings back great memories of the first FPS I ever played, and the first game to give me motion sickness (huh…what do you know…Jack gives me a similar feeling!)

I personally think the Wolfenstein one is by far the best, but congrats to the winners.
Would have chosen the MGS one, the Murloc one, and the “Welcome to City 17″ one.

Curses, the other half life one made it in
Phaladone, while his head wasn’t properly sized or colored, I still think yours was better than the bland and poorly done Gman one.

Hey not to bash the people that spent time but these kind of suck. They were done in photoshop in like 20 seconds. Throw this over to SA or W1k and get some real responses.

The contest was clearly not judged by skill. You Don’t Know Jack was a worthy winner though.
Is everyone too old to think the hustler one was funny? It was pretty good, but too small to read all that well. The choice of winners may have been based too much on appearance instead of comedic value; some of the crappier photoshop jobs were funny as hell

using the lasso tool to impose someones head on something elses body does not qualify you as a good photoshopper. and this is a photoshop contest, right? why not let the people with the best craft win?
i mean, its just laziness. you know how badly that WoW one and that Gman one turned out. youcouldnt even blend his face into the head just a little?

Late Breaking Bulletin: Judge Adalberto Jordan this afternoon referred Jack Thompson to the US District Court Committee on Attorney Admissions, Peer Review, and Attorney Grievance, for what he deemed, “appropriate action” by “his filing of graphic images of oral and genital sex between adult males in the public record” in the case before the court.
Further, the Court directed the committee to make a final determination whether the “filing was inappropriate, and if necessary” to impose “the appropriate sanctions.”
The Court further admonished Mr. Thompson for misrepresenting and mischaracterizing its positions, noting that this case is “about a Florida disciplinary proceeding against Mr. Thompson only. It is not about the alleged conduct of other attorneys licensed by the Florida Bar…but not surprisingly, Mr. Thompson is using this case to further his social and moral views.”
Thompson had tried to lay the blame for all his problems on the “liberal Bar” who he said was “collaborating” with NGN Publisher, Norm Kent, a Florida attorney.
The Court then denied Thompson’s motion to recuse.

yeah, the digg guys talk big, but they are just as pale and lame as the rest of us.
I think the people at Digg have no idea what the contest was actually about. As I recall, it wasn’t “make the funniest Jack Thompson meme evar!”, it was to put Jack in a videogame, since he’s so paranoid about being in the new GTA. I also don’t think my photoshop job was that bad, I edited it to match the colour and composition of the original screenshot, and added zombie-ish bags under his eyes and hollowed out his cheeks. If anything, I later realized that I made his head a touch to big, but that’s hardly worth nitpicking. The Digg people make it sound like everyone who entered is total shit at photo editing.
Still, mine got a mention as a runner up! That makes me strangely happy.
One that would’ve been hillarious: Jack as a GTA San Andreas hooker asking C.J. if he wants some “Hot Coffee”, and moments after, he’s lying on the ground in a pool of his own blood.
