Don’t you mean a reason to buy that PS3 LATER… like when the game actually comes out and might have a PS3 price drop along with it? Not that there isn’t “plenty” of other games to play right now. (and incidentally, other games that interest me more than God of War 3)
OMG I’M GOING TO GO BOY A PS3 RIGHT NOW!!! That was freaking awesome!!! If i wasn’t 14 years old with no job and parents who refuse to buy me anything, i would have a ps3 right now, and as soon as that game came out i would have gone and bought it…

I don’t know, it looked cool, but GoW was such a cake-walk, I’d still have to get through GoWII really.
The bird scene was stupid (I mean he was still flying with the big attached and sliced through twice… and if the knifes are sharp, why did they stay in the bird?) and _all_ the skeletons bled a lot… like all of them.
Nice, it triggered memories of the multi-button attacks in GOW II. I was thinking “what… why doesn’t he go for the cyclops eye?” Then I realized he might have been controlling it to fight attackers. That would be awesome. There were hints it was just a cut scene though. The button mash sequences could get annoying at times, like Icarus took a while until I figured out the trick.
No thanks, my 360 is all I need. I don’t feel like spending hundreds of dollars on a downgrade just so I can play another hack ‘n’ slash game. Hey, just telling it like it is…
I noticed several weapons in there (possibly from earlier GoW games) that are present in Lich King. Notice the “Traditional Flensing Knife” in particular or something that looks really close. I’m thinking the Blizz designers must be fans or they took inspiration from similar sources.
must have. The only GoW game I’ve ever played is Chains of Olympus on PSP (which was frakkin’ great!), so my shiny new PS3 and I are looking forward to this one!
Yeah… Ps3 in-game trailer footage… no cutscenes in there. Kratos’ game model alone couldn’t be loaded into the PS2 memory he’s been so detailed….

It looks like it’s definitely in-engine. Doubt that it’s actual gameplay.
I sincerely hope the price drop comes before that game. Otherwise I just might be out an extra $100.

haha, it’s funny, I just bought a PS3 yesterday, and now I see this and I’m even more pumped
Looks cool but the game has never done anything to interest me. Just not my type of game or setting.
