There was a mockumentary style film “Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon” chronicling a serial slasher preparing for his big debut. The crew tapes him exercising and he tells them how he has to do a lot of cardio to keep up with all those runners while appearing to just walk. It was a nice twist on an old genre.
Question: The title says it lampoons Friday the 13th…isn’t it Halloween? That looks more like a Michael Myers mask than a hockey mask, right? Or am I nuts?
