    Wisdom: Your speed is limited by your arm movements. You can not run faster than you can swing your arms in a full arc. if you don’t move your arms, all your energy goes to your legs. This being said, it’s time for you to test it out.

    I love using that one when babysitting. Kid goes away for a good 5 mins.
