Kim and I sit down a spell and talk all about the Nerdtacular Spiderman III movie event we had today. 15 minutes long today, so you know we had stuff to cover. 
I will have other updates on the site, including video of the event, but this is a great way to get out the info quick. And a fine diary entry in it’s own right. Haha! I just listened to the diary and I think that during the clip from the theater, the guy who shouts “applaud” said Scott’s name wrong? It sounded like Scott Thompson. Just something I noticed.

Oh and it’s cool if you didn’t remember Scott, I’m sure you were nervous to have a theater full of people you don’t know too well, least of all some weird guy giving you something for no apparent reason. Hope I got the right size!
I saw Spiderman 3 yesterday too!
It was great, but the second one had more action.
At least it was better than the first one.

Someone was disappointed in the movie? Why?! I thought that movie was amazing. When I came into the movie, I wondered how they were going to handle three different villains, but they pulled it off fairly well.
There were a few things about the show that I didn’t like, but all-in-all it was an AWESOME show. However, the entire things was awesome. Meeting Scott and some of the other ELR fans. Thanks for the great time and I can’t wait til the next one!

Thanks so much for putting it all together Scott! You made a whole theater full of people’s day and it was definately worth the drive down to get to meet you. A big group of friendly nerds watching a comic movie… couldn’t be better! I want to thank the guy next to me for the WoW cards he won but wasn’t going to use, and another down below that already had caught a shirt that threw the second one back up which I then got! Can’t wait for the next one including all the ELR’s and Instances in the meantime. Best Podcaster of the Year in my book Scott!
It was a great time. I got to show my two daughters how much of a nerd their dad is. They had a great time and I appreciate the time and effort it took to put it all together.
Whole thing rocked. I’ve been to a few other larger movie events (mainly just premier showings of Star Wars) but this one was much more personal and lots more fun. I was blown away that Scott took the time to escort my wife and I back into the theater to find our seats. Never too busy for the fans I guess =)
Thanks again Scott. The movie was great and the event was a blast. Plus I gots me a nifty red Nertacular t-shirt. You can’t beat that!
To start: I liked the movie.
My experience: I went to the theatre last night and the focus was off slightly for the whole movie. my buddy complained and we all got free movie tickets. YAY Spider man III for free. Too bad about the focus and the headache.
Anyway on the movie: Enough melodrama to choke an emo kid. Seriously can you put any more into the movie? Good news is that it looks like there will be another 2 movies made. I can’t quote my source because I have no idea where I heard that. Probably on ELR
