As quoted from the site:
I understand that DC Comics needs to diversify, and selling action figures based on their properties seems to be right up its alley. Today the company announced it will diversify even more by licensing and distributing collectibles based on other properties including World of Warcraft.
Here you go! Thanks, Stephen!
UPDATE: Some shots of what they will look like. Thanks, Dan!

I’d have been more happy if McFarlene Toys would have been approached for this. But nonetheless interesting news.
Here are some photos of unpainted prototypes
and the orc shaman painted.
I just now started buying the TCG!
Ya big jerks…
They look awesome.
Those pics are NOT of the action figures but of a line of statues from DC.
I predict a comic by the end of the year.
Oh i want some!
Yes, they ARE the action figures. You can see the articulation on the unpainted prototypes. The orc in particular.
Rotating an arm is NOT much of articulation… these should be called statues with VERY minor movements.
Well, I agree that they shouldn’t really be called action figures, but every article I’ve found about them calls them action figures, and that Scott posted says “multiple points of articulation” which could be two for all we know.
I want my Murloc
Orc Shaman? Excellent. That’s my main.
Dwarf Warrior? Excellent. That’s my alt.
The Matrix “Action Figures” were about the same thing. You could move their arms and head or what not, but it just wouldn’t look right.
In any case, I’m on board with these statues-figurines thing-a-ma-jigs. They look very cool. Thanks for the pics Dan.
I hope they eventually make my Mains.
Where are the cows!? Tauren don’t get no love. At leas there aren’t any gnomes. lol
Mooo!
Sideshow is going to make the really cool WOW collectibles. Some awesome statues coming from them.
