n a nice move, Blizzard chose to make the convention an all ages affair and my wife and I were able to bring our WoW-playing 6 year old daughter along. They’re two cute gals that actually enjoy PC games. Yes, these strange creatures actually exist in growing numbers, and in fact, there were a fair amount of the fairer sex in attendance which was refreshing to see.

Meant to post this ealier and it got burried under a few things. Special thanks to Dave for giving us his virtual diary of the event! See it!

    Yes, I let my 6 year old play WoW – but, only under strict supervision. We also turn off General Chat and Shout, and have the obscenity filter on.
