“The Fountain” was a very cool and interesting movie. More people should see it.

  2. Real Gone

I actucally liked Flyboys and Flushed Away. Though, Flushed Away did have a weakish ending for me. But it’s more aimed at smaller children so, eh.

Wasn’t there a contest on the forum on who could predict this?…. might be just me that remembers… but i’m pretty sure there was some contest related to the box offices and some predictions of sorts

Hmm, that’s the first link my Wii opera has had trouble with. Doesn’t react to any clicks on it. [and why did the nametag say 'njmonkey' before i changed it?]

I’m kinda shocked that it took $70 million to make Basic Instinct 2. I mean what could you spend that much money on?

Sebastiaan, IIRC: it was a competition to predict the HIGHEST grossing movies of summer ‘06.

  9. Linkage

Yes, the competition was for the 10 highest grossing movies of the summer, but Obsidian added to the contest the movie that was the worst of the summer (lost the most money)

It was a bad year for A Good Year. :D
