    #1 definitely is #1. That was the sickest episode by Cartman ever. I think he as Hitler could have been higher, but most of the clips were definitely top 25.

    Sickest overall episode is close, but Lemmywinks should win it. That was so wrong. Paris Hilton and the pineapple / whore off was a close second. Mr. Slave might be a minor character, but he amps up the shock value with the sick stuff they have him do. *shudder*

    Southpark has some of the best comic episodes made (I still think WoW episode is the best EVER, and I never played WoW), but they can also be the most banal garbage too. Its like a box of chocolates… Some are filled with chocolate, so sweet… Others have barf or Scott Tenorman’s parents inside…

    I’m with mercator. #1 is very disturbing, but 100% Cartman. It is fantasticly, evil and hilarious at the same time.

    I’m with Eric…the anal probe episode had me crying the first time I saw it I was laughing so hard. :D

    How about the Sultan Cartman? I think that schould be at least in the top 20. Pay Homage to the Sultan’s Balls!
