You’ve really gotta see this to believe it. Japanese artist ag+ has celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Legend of Zelda games by creating one of the most amazing pieces of fan art you will ever cast your eyes upon.
That’s just a sneak preview. The painting is a whopping 960 by 5253 so take the link to check the picture out in its full glory.
If you’re not a Zelda player like me, you might want to check out this really handy link with identifying tags of everyone in the painting. Also, if you’re really into it, watch the video below for a high speed of the piece being created.

OMG!
My eyes…
I wont ever see the world again like I should…
Legend of Neil totally needs to parody this poster.
Loading that picture up in it’s full dimensions reminds me of the days of 56K modem.
This is the most epic thing I have ever seen.
Dang, I hope he sells a print!
The picture would be better if I could see the whole thing, for some reason, it’s refusing to load past even an 1/8 of the image.
I could only see the whole thing with the tags over it, but that’s obviously not the full size image. Did anyone already save it elsewhere?
Never mind… one can click the “Size” link on that page with the tags to get the full image…. wow… that is big. 7mb for one image. Time to link it around.
Though, I notice people in some other countries aren’t allowed to access it that way.
Hey Scott, do you ever do elaborate pieces like that?
My 5 year old daughter is playing Legend of Zelda : Phantom Hourglass at the moment and she loves it. The old characters seem to timeless. She would probably love a poster of this for her room.
