About this comic

I’m super stoked about a sequel to my favorite Pixar movie of all time. Why not? Why would I want to turn on some kind of weird baseless automatic revolution to a sequel getting made?

People only feel that way about the Star Wars prequels, for example, because they ended up crappy in the end. That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t have all been as excited about as we were. I’m going to remain excited about things that I like, and when and if they disappoint me, I choose not to let that kind of thing curb my future excitement about future things. So let it be written in a comic blog, so let it be done.

Love the description…all I keep hearing is, “They are going to ruin it!” Give me a break…

  2. Andy Bilodeau says:

It will be awesome and amazing …and then we’ll know for sure, when it comes out in theaters.

  3. Rob O. says:

Well, Cars 2 -did- kinda suck overall…

And the Star Wars prequels -did- blow chunks…

And Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull -was- mostly crappy…

    And…

    And…

    • Vake Xeacons says:

Star Wars wasn’t made by Pixar. And personally, I liked Cars 2. In fact I can’t think of a Pixar movie that did suck (there’s a few that could have been better, but nothing thumbs down).

    • Jack Fox says:

If you pretend that the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was actually Indiana’s Personal Hell/Purgatory because he did in fact die from that nuclear blast… the movie takes a whole new interesting meaning.

      But it still sucks.

  4. Michael says:

Cars 2 wasn’t that bad – especially since the first Cars was OK at best. I have faith in Pixar.

  5. Vrobaby says:

I actually liked the prequels…(Runs and ducks)

    • Coryopolis says:

I agree. I attribute my liking the prequels to only having watched them expecting them to be bad. And also I prefer star trek to star wars . . . . so maybe that “clouds” my judgment. But still the prequels not bad imho. (Running and ducking and diving)

  6. Oh is George Lucas working on the Incredibles sequel? Is he sticking a bunch of racist stereotypes to sell more toys into the movie? Is he going to completely wreck the mythology by sticking in midichlorians?

    No?

    Okay, good.

  7. Alan says:

Isn’t it awesome how the internet judges things based on the mere announcement of something? I look forward to seeing it myself and making my own judgement once it is out.

  8. Darth curt says:

I would like to present the Toy Story Trilogy as evidence that Pixar can make good sequels.

  9. Tank-Like says:

This is a weird coincidence since I had a similiar epiphany half an hour ago:
I watched the trailer for the new Amazing Spider-Man and I was like “This movie is going to suck because it has too many villains. Like Spider-Man 3 with Tobey Maguire. Exactly the same mistakes!”

And then I was like: “Wait a Minute. You liked The Amazing Spider-Man way better than you ever did like any of the Spider-Man movies.
These guys probably know what they’re doing and deserve the benefit of the doubt.”

So i decided to be looking forward to it :)

I am looking for any way to make some money!
    Can anyone help me??
Even just a link to youtube pretending to be a blog post would be great.

What is with all the spam lately? All with youtube links. My brain is hurting!

This design is spectacular! You obviously know how to keep a reader entertained.
Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start
my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Great job. I really loved what
you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool!
