Some of you may have noticed that today’s comic is a re-run from 2003. I have various reasons but lets just do the short version: Sometimes family and issues therein take priority, especially when crazy stuff goes down all in one day. Yesterday, there just was no time.

And no worries. No one is hurt or in a hospital or has some crazy desease. I just had to give it my full energy and attention. There will surely be a brand new EL come Monday.

Animation fans around the world are mourning the shocking death of Joe Ranft, the Oscar nominee who co-wrote the “Toy Story” screenplay as well as scripts for “The Lion King,” “A Bug’s Life” and “Beauty and the Beast.” The 45-year-old Pixar and Disney veteran died Tuesday when the car he was riding in veered off a highway in Mendocino County, California, and tumbled down a cliff into the ocean.

This completely sucks.

Ever wanted to control your TV with an old school Nintendo controller? No? Well, I have and now I do. A few weeks ago I picked up an old school Nintendo controller from eBay and began thinking of a project for it – then it hit me!
