The paperwork is finally moving ahead on Scott stealing my right to Bad and Obscure jokes.
Just listened to this, and I ahve to say that the Doom-movie was actually quite good for a gamemovie.
I saw it yesterday in a “invitationshowing” (dunno how to write it).
The only thing I didn’t like in it was that the story was changed like in most of the gamemovies, and because of the change it’s quite Resident EvilISH.
But anyways, great show, just had to say this.

It’s been making every show be 2/06/40 for quite awhile. Question for O… I’m normally a Jedi for Halloween. Is that close enough to a ninja to qualify for NOW?

Nevertheless, one does have to ask certain questions when you state that you’re “normally” a ninja for Halloween. What does this mean? How long have you been dressing up as a Jedi? Has it always been the same costume? Does george Lucas know about this? Isn’t it uncomfortable to be dressed up in the same costume since the age of 9? Do you think Vader would approve?
And most importantly; is the force actually with you?

Past few years as the Jedi thing. Costume varies a little. I do it mainly because: I really like Star Wars, the cloak is warm on a cold Michigan Halloween night, to scare the kiddies, and I get to wave around a lightsaber – how cool is that! And yes, I think the force is with me!
What kid is scared of a Jedi?

I’m a tall guy in a dark cloak. Most five year olds just think I’m Vader so they get scared.

Futuresport is the greatest movie ever. Even better than Fortress, and, to a lesser extent, Fortress 2: Re-Entry. Dean Cain is due for a comeback and I think it’s only fitting he makes a sequel to Futuresport, and truly embraces his Hawaiian heritage. Keanu Reeves, who is also Hawaiian (or at least his name is) and that big fat guy who played E. Honda should also be in it. They could be the new Hawaiian team! Along with Lucy Lui, who is also Hawaiian (possibly). They should have to play against Al Qaeda, who would have a team called “The Al Qaeda Elephants”, an animal native to Iraq and also Hawaii. Dean Cain would kill them all and then fight a giant robot spider with the head of Osama Bin Laden controlling it. He would kick its ass – Hawaiian style! LITERALLY HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE SAW AND LOVED FUTURESPORT AND WE DEMAND A SEQUEL!
That is just the first post of, well, 5 or so. Is there any way that could NOT be Obsidian?

I guess I just registered for IMDB so long ago, I didn’t realize that they had made the forums for registered members only, as Scott points out. If it makes any difference, I registered YEARS ago, and I’ve never received any e-mail from them or anything.
yeah, they dont do anything. I think its purely to keep spammers and trolls away.
I can attest that it is not effective in keeping trolls away though!!
