ELR welcomes special guest, Scott Kurtz of PvP fame. Had a great time and can’t thank him enough for joining us. We already have plans to have him back. We talk about the shirts, ask a ton of Kurtz questions, talk about what a TRUE spoiler is in our little geeky world, and MUCH more! We did a great crappy movie, that all of you know and love. Excellent episode, the blending of web comic and podcasting awesomeness made my head explode in glee. Twice the Scott for half the price…plus on Thursday I get to hear Kurtz all over again. Lastly, how did Schtt Johnson get the episode edited so fast? I listend to Stick-Cam for a bit…and Kurtz was “cleaner” but he still dropped some bombs.

I actually just installed iTunes to see if I could just get it from there, but that didn’t work either.
I’m about 2/3 through and really liking this one. I even liked Kurtz’s poo story about his dog Kirby. Great job guys!
Kurtz you freaking putz! The rest of the world has not seen that episode of BSG. The rest of the world doesn’t even have that SEASON of BSG. God!
A spoiler is when you say or show something that the majority of people haven’t had the chance to see. If you walk out of a cinema and say “Man when Superman dies, I was so shocked!” a lot of people who overheard are going to be furiously mad.
And Johnson, what you said, exactly, was this:
“Kay, now speakin of old poo, we have to mention this one quick thing. I don’t wanna be any… I don’t wanna let and spoilers out of the bag, if you havn’t seen it already it’s your own damn fault for not watching. Um. X died. She’s dead.”
That is NOT a reasonable warning. You have an International audience, c’mon man.

It’s called bit torrent. It’s how I saw The IT Crowd, and it’s how I’ve already seen all of Season 10 of Stargate SG-1 (as of last night…) because for some odd reason they decided to air them in England before the U.S. The more we do stuff like this the more Hollywood and these other studios will realize that it’s pointless to stagger releases across the world because the world is a much smaller place these days.
Kevin not everybody downloads as soon as they can an you know that. Propane is absolutely right, even though i disagree with Kurtz being a putz (more like a smurf)
Scott you can spoil as much as you want but warn properly (unless its not in at movies anymore or its week old agrees with Kurtz here)

I was the one last night who kept insisting that people donate to the Send O to DragonCon Fund. As a guesture of a very broke person who cannot afford anything more, I am going to donate what I would spend on a cup a coffee a day, once a week to O.
Basically about $3.00 once a week, I know that by myself this isn’t much, but hopefullly if we can get all the ELR fans to do the same, we can actually make some headway into gettting O over here and hopefully a “full on” face to face live taping of ELR at Dragon Con!

If it helps, he’s doing a new mini series called “Final Approach”. The IMDB describes it as “An action fill account of an Ex FBI negotiator who uses all his skills to save a jumbo jet headed for Los Angeles California from the terrorists who have placed a bomb on board.” His character is named Jack Bender. His name alone sounds like you’ll get hate mail. Was there a Dean Cain in 127? or 126? O isn’t doing his job… laggy little bastard.

I don’t care much about the swear words myself, but the last thing you want is an “explicit” tag on iTunes. That would totally eliminate ELR’s younger audience, and there are quite a few of them. Personally, I’m listening to the live taping more often so I can hear the un-roostered version. Great show Scott, by the way.

I just finished listening to this episode and while all episodes of ELR are remarkably entertaining, this one was simply over the top in entertainment, insight, and hilarity. Scott Kurtz was a great guest in my opinion and really added to the show. I actually didn’t know of Mr. Kurtz before, so I’m glad to have another webcomic to add to my list of favorites. I’ve never heard so many rooster noises in one episode… and a few occasions where the cock forgot to crow… heheh! Scott, Brian, and O were of course engaging as usual. Thanks to you all for your hard work and dedication.
You missed so much profanity in this episode. For once I have to say I’m disappointed with ELR. It just wasn’t funny this week, sorry.
