The first Fallout was released in 1997, and it doesn’t have ‘bullet time’, it’s called V.A.T.S. (Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System). The first Max Payne game came out in 2001, I believe, and would also get my vote for being the first game it was ever in.

Not sure if it is just me, but the Zune feed is reporting the show as only 27 seconds long. Not cool. I know I can grab the MP3 manually, but just wanted to let you know.
No idea why the Zune feed reports it short…its the same RSS feed that everything else pulls from.

Bullet time: there was a Japanese SNES game, some Gundam SHUMP, that had bullet time in it, its name eludes me though
I believe one of the old Megaman games had bullet time or slow mo, whatever you want to call it. I don’t remember which one it is though.

I found the last two Harry Potter books to be sort of bland and seemingly out of place. They felt like mid-quality fan fictions to me.

Started listening to the episode today, heard O complain about the mouse in Dead Space. And it’s dead on (pun intended) because it’s horrible.
There is a easy fix for it though (at least this worked great for me and a lot of others) which is to disable vertical sync. I just disabled it ingame and now it works like a charm. You might have to disable it elsewhere if you have like drivers that force it to enable or something.
I was really glad I decided to look it up, because it was basicly unplayable before.
I dont have any other way to communicate this, so I hope someone can forward it
