I’m from the UK too and I just kept on sighing. That’s an amazing house and area to live in. I just live in some crappy council house in Surrey. I go to America often and stay with my girlfriend who lives out there and I love it out there… too bad immigration is nigh impossible right now.

i guess I should say…the house was 200k in 2004. Its appreciated since to about 368k or so. There are people in this world that pay more than that for their cars.
I agree with Freddy, in the UK your house and area would be considered fairly affluent. I am pretty impressed with the view, nothing like that where I live.
