    Hi Scott,
I am a regular listener to your other podcasts, but didn’t know about this one until today. I found what you said really touching. I twisted my ankle on Saturday and it messed up my weekend too. Glad you are feeling better, and just remember… you are supposed to miss your wife like hell. If you didn’t then there’s something else wrong with you.

I feel the same way about my parents, I dont know what I would do without them since I love them so much.

Hope you’re doing alright Scott, I’m sure your wife will have a safe trip and everything will run smoothly. Thanks for sharing all that in this format, I really enjoy these diary podcasts. Have a great week with the kids and hope your ankle feels better, she’ll be back before you know it!

Well on a positive note Scott, going freelance and working for yourself seems to be keeping you quite busy it seems. I am sorry you are not nearby, I could show you a trick or two to fixing or getting the ankle to recover quicker. Try googling ’sprained ankle + Trigger Point” and it might show you some stuff to do… be sure to do the stretches with the towel that should be with such information. I fixed my sprained ankle in a few days (was tender but the swelling went down quite quickly and was able to operate).
