AppSlappy got me into geocaching and I love it. I try to find a couple a week at the very least. Geocaching in NYC is a lot different than what your adventure sounds like! The challenge isn’t finding the area where the cache is but finding the actual cache, since they’re usually incredibly tiny so the thousands of daily passers-by don’t stumble upon it. If you take a trip to a big city don’t forget to check for local caches!
Check out caches from childofadam when you are out there. Yep geocaching is fun. I have only found 12000+ so far

GeoCaching rules, even here in South Germany are plenty of caches. But the most fun is to discover something YOU placed in another cache a few months back in the cache you just found
