I was just watching classic Looney Tunes with a friend over the weekend. Fantastic pairing in the comic! Oh the hijinks of one, While E. Coyote. (Super Genius)
Did he order it from ACME? If so the road runner will still be able to run through the portal and evade all harm while Wile E. Coyote would attempt to enter the portal but hit a wall. It never fails but the poor guy never wins.
Wiley Coyote looks traced. That’s a compliment, not a scathing remark. It looks that way because you’re such an awesome artist and can draw him from scratch whereas I need 5 book on “How to Draw Properly” it even get the head to look right ;_;
Great comic, but I can’t help but wonder…is it even legal to sell prints of this? Won’t either Warner Brothers or Valve put a stop to this if they find out? Not that I want them to, of course.
Fair use doesn’t cover maying money from someone else’s intellectual property. The comic itself is probably fine, but I don’t think selling prints is protected by fair use laws. Probably the worst thing that could happen is that Scott would get a C&D letter though.
Hmmm…actually, you guys make a good point. Honestly, it was a force of habit when I put that print code in the post. But either way, you guys are right. Removing the print buying option.
So, is Aperture Science one of the R&D divisions of ACME? And is he going to be able to order the long fall boot as well? Because if not I foresee other problems in the future of one Wile E. Coyote (Super Genius).
Great comic Scott. This is why I keep coming back.
That’s a brilliant piece of work; my hat is off to you!
As a fan-fiction nut, I just stick a humorous but sincere disclaimer on it and hope for the best—it’s all open and free. So far no one’s bothered me about Pepé Le Pew chasing Snarf around.
If worse came to worse, I think the parody rules apply here.
It’s actually a great and helpful piece of info. I’m glad that you just shared this useful information with us. Please keep us informed like this. Thank you for sharing.
I don’t get it. I’ve been coming to this site for at least 4 years now. It has become a sick intrest of mine. To see these terrible web comics continuously get positive comments just facinates me. I guess its like watching a dog poo. It’s horrible but you gotta see what comes out just in cast it’s something awesome.
Best…comic…EVER.
What a faithful homage to icon of old and new. Beautiful.

Excellent job on this one Scott!
I bet this was originally going to be a 3 panel comic too, but you were like “fuck it, I’mma play portal 2 now”
This really shows your kick arse art skills. You amaze me.
This is utterly incredible. Beautiful and made me giggle. Acme tools have gotten better over the years!
Bravo Mr. Johnson. My favorite as of yet.
Instant classic. Bravo.

Heh, just missed the Acme/Aperture science logo mashup on the portal gun
that calls for a story arc
I like the comic wish I could see how exactly the portal gun is to be used. Blue feathery splatter. Yeah.
Orange end goes in road, blue end goes into mouth, hilarity ensues (probably because the Roadrunner it’s gonna be riding on a truck).
Great comic, but I can’t help but wonder…is it even legal to sell prints of this? Won’t either Warner Brothers or Valve put a stop to this if they find out? Not that I want them to, of course.
He’s not selling them, he’s taking donations and as a “thank you” for donating you get a free print.
Great print but, You sure you’re allowed to profit from that image? W.C is the IP of WB I think.
Fair use dude

Do you think comedians does parodies for free? + I want a print!

Hey Scott,
Any chance you could post up some common resolution sizes of this for wallpapers? I would love to have this on both my netbook, and my home pc.
