Today’s Comic: “Traditions of the Damned”

About this comic

I know it might be a little early, but I am already pumped to do Halloween comics, as I do every year it seems. Today’s deals with a regular occurrence when I was 16, which was to destroy every carved gourd I could get my mitts on. But I never really considered things from the perspective of the pumpkin…until now.

I sensing a trend of despair, smashed hopes and dark irony in Scott’s comics as of late. I wonder if this means anything.

I’m enjoying the deviation from video games into the zone of the bizarre and macabre. It’s harkens back to a time of “The Far Side”. Great stuff. It’s a great credit to you that you can go from one area to another without skipping a beat.

  7. Pineapple Farmer says:

Scott’s thinking about committing suicide, this is his cry for help. Don’t do it, we love you!

  8. Scott says:

  10. Zu says:

  11. jawbonerforlife says:

    FEEERRRRRRTTTTT!!!!!!

  12. Odd says:

    Sad?! I beg to differ.

The pumpkin spoke of it TRUE destiny.

I say a wild toss and sudden explosive end
is a far greater fate than a slow decay.

Every smashed pumkin dies doing what it loves!

  13. Davad says:

Definite downturn in emotional stability for you Scott. Please, tell me about your mother…(read in a haughty Austrian accent).

  14. GuyIncognito says:

I’m guessing it was Kim’s car accident.
