I fail as a Damn Trekkie. A Damn Trekkie would know what that sash/belt/bling/whatever thing that the Klingon is wearing is.

Time for overanalysis!

Would any Klingon (that would wear one of those sash/belt/bling/whatever thing) ever do that? Would Botox affect Klingons the same way or would they have an allergic reaction? Why would there be a “ship’s supply” of Botox? It looks like the Botox reduced the “wrinkles” in the Klingon. Isn’t that contrary to what they prefer or was it an unexpected result?

What I found funny is that the red-shirt guy (who acts like he might have some specific interest in the caper) can’t see what’s right in front of him (despite acting like he’s in charge). It causes a contrary situation that we find humorous, and therefor, we laugh.

(I think I read that last line somewhere just before the “expert” wrote a joke that made no sense and wasn’t funny.)
