Great job Scott! I really love this one. Reminds me of my trick-or-treating days!

  2. Alex says:

Maybe i should dress up this year. The detail looks awesome BTW.

    • Paul says:

Ugh. Email. The bane of my existence, and most lileky the thing that will kill my will to blog. And I don’t even get hate mail, ever! In the immortal (and annoyingly patronizing) words of Slick Willie, “I feel your pain.” 😉

  3. Ciaran Rooney says:

The Kid In The Tenticle Costume Looks Like The Murloc Costume Guy In Borean Tundra 😀 Nice One Scott 🙂

  4. Daz says:

what is up with all the comics doing early halloween strips? sorry, just an observation.

  5. Rack Shatner says:

Awe. Some. Everything is more fun this time of year.

  6. Pathmarkexpress says:

this is so great. that is exactly how i saw what’s up with halloween. good times.

  7. Chuck says:

I love this one. Really made me smile inside all nerdy and kid-like again, especially since 10 was over 30 years ago. I’ll be dressing up with my kids for the walk this year again! lol

    • Fumiya says:

Yeah, no offense to Perez, but I can’t read any of his aiecrlts on Gaga anymore because the comments people leave are so vile. He desperately needs some moderators. His site is one of the most popular in the world though, so I’m sure it’s hard to moderate everything. Same with YouTube. It would be impossible for them to thoroughly moderate their comments for obvious reasons.

  8. Darrell says:

    Halloween perfection! 😀

  9. NeuroMan42 says:

This year Shelly and I are gonna be zombie versions of Ward and June Cleaver. She will carry a plate with brains and parts on it labeled Wally and the Beav.

  10. Rilandune says:

My kingdom for a return to childhood, when magic permeated even our halloween costumes!

  11. Alexia says:

Ahhh… to be a kid, when costumes were costumes and not just pimps and hos. 🙂

  12. smcn says:

Costume Quest coming out next Tuesday on XBLM/PSN, can’t wait!

    • RedDwarf42 says:

I was thinking the same thing. This picture reminds of that game from that quick look on Giant Bomb.

  13. Foxlore says:

You know Scott, if you go through with the costume contest for N11, you have an excuse to dress up twice a year ;-)…of course you’ll need to give out candy as prizes.

PS. Love the color use in this comic.

I love this! I want a print!!! Man this pegs the nostalgia meter in my mind. Thanks. Made my day. Me an my little girl carved our first pumpkin together last night we had a blast.

  15. AdmiralAckbar says:

    IT’S A TRAP!

  19. Kat Leonard says:

Epic. Love the detail in this. 🙂

  20. Bill says:

MUCH better than last one! Now THIS one is cool. Great job. You’re really getting the hang of cartooning!

    • Rilandune says:

      don’t feed the trolls… don’t feed the trolls… don’t feed the trolls… don’t feed-danmit!

Are you kidding with this comment Bill? Seriously? He’s just now “getting the hang of it”? A near decade of comics, and just *now* getting the “hang” of it? Seriously?

      Sorry. Had to.

      • Bill says:

I’ll reply WITHOUT calling you a troll.

I only meant to encourage. Of course Scott is a good artist no doubt. I enjoy checking out his work on a regular basis. The only criticism is that I often find his concepts and/or writing to be blase’ at best. You obviously love him so he must be getting through to some people. Maybe trolls don;t appreciate the complex humor. lol.
