Pixel Interpretation

About this comic

Woke up the other day thinking the old NES link looked weird. (Hey, give me a break…can’t control my dreams.) Got me to thinking about doing a LITERAL interpretation of what that sprite would look like fleshed out a bit. :)

Hope you enjoy! Oh, and you can get it on the store too! 12×18 inch prints, signed or unsigned, right here!

LOL You sir are an artistic genius!!

  2. Oh, hell yes! A million of more of these please! Mario, Metroid, Excitebike, Dobkey Kong. The works!

  3. Brilliant—I love it! The subtle stair-steps work like a charm, especially on the ears. Heh heh.

That takes me back to my Atari days when I was figuring out how to make player/missile and character set graphics (usually limited to eight pixels across) look convincing.

That is one of the creepiest things I have ever seen. It reminds me of The Ghoulies.
    Outstanding job Scott!

Can you do this for the Ice Climbers Characters as well ! I`d love to see that.
