You’ll know what the last scene will be a half hour into the movie. But that doesn’t mean it ruins the movie knowing what the last scene will be. The ending doesn’t really matter.

I’d be more inclined to say that without Dark City, we would have not had Inception.

if anything it was just as, if not more, groundbreaking. However, without the Matrix film….I’m not sure we would even have Inception; it’s so heavily rooted in the Matrix.

It erks me when people equate the questionable final scene with “it was all a dream” there is no real reason why you would need to conclude that all events took place within the same dream, just because of said scene

(I’m being as vague as possible)

that being said the movie is quite interesting.

I think Inception is a much better movie than The Matrix.
