Maybe someday me and my wife will be able to go to movies again… T.T I have only watch kids movies pretty much since my Daughter has been born. ( No local family. )
Be that as it may, Bryan… and we all hope the day comes when you will be able to watch more than kids movies… … just don’t start with the Twilight series… they’re enough to turn you off of movies completely lol
Unfortunately my wife invited some friends over to watch it at my house. I had to excuse my self from the room because I couldn’t stop making smart comments.
The acting is just so bad. The stand-in actors did a better job then the main characters. It makes the first Harry Potter movie’s acting seem like fine theater. By the time the floating sparkle vampire came out in the woods it was time for me to leave the room.
Omg this is so true. Even though I literally kept telling myself I would never sit through one of these movies, I sat through all 3 on my own free will. I have no idea what is wrong with me, but I do like to over-analyze these films and it just bugs the heck out of the girls and women who watch these films and are in the same room as me. It’s not acting ladies, those aren’t vampires, why is there glitter?, those wolves look like the orc riding mounts from orgrimmar in world of warcraft!!!!
Could’ve been worse; could’ve been directed by Uwe. I went with my wife last Thursday to watch it. A busload of Army AIT students were in there as well. 2 guys were on the end of the row completely zonked. Even with “Twilight” showing, the air conditioned theater will win-out over getting swampbutt in the barracks.
I don’t understand the hate for Twilight. The majority of mainstream cinema is aimed at teenage boys.
If robots from outer space can come to earth and turn themselves into cars or a man build himself a heart and flying tin suit, then vampires can sparkle.
I can’t speak for anybody else, of course, but having two daughters (much too young for Twilight at least. Thank God for small favors), it disturbs me to have such an immensely popular series centered around a female lead who is such an abysmal role model.
Haven’t see any of them movies….. The woman read the books, and the “sex scene” about the bed being tored up and stuff….like WTF. might as well break out the whips and chains for the bondage shot. Oh wait its PG. Now the question I would ask…is there a machine gun in it? If not…then I’ll pass. At least transformers and Iron man had machine guns for christ sake.

Oh, I feel your pain. Got a five month old and a seven year old.
Luckily we have my wife’s mum nearby; but the movie theatre is two hours away and movies in Japan cost far too much to be justified.
ROFL! so true:D

the sexy-fun machine does require quite a bit of maintenance.
LOL – very true Scott. XD
Did your daughter go with her boyfriend? If so – RUN to her room, right now – RUN I tells ya!

It’s like watching myself in a comic strip… The same thing happened to me in Sex and The City 2….. I didn’t get any for allmost 2 weeks
Mine was “Honey” with Jessica Alba

Twilight by Uwe Boll? hell yeah, i will watch it
So damn true.
I thank God regularly that my wife has no interest whatsoever in Twilight.
It’s the opposite for me. I despise Twilight, but my boyfriend loves it.
I, however, refuse to go with him. The thought of it makes my skin crawl.

This one made me LOL……hard
Funniest comic I’ve seen in a while!
