Picture 4

On a walk with Daisy, talking about change, lawn mowers, and huge bees. (Sorry about the breathy nature of the recording. I was winded.)

I just graduated high school and I have the same goal of working for myself, doing something online. A lot of it was based off seeing what you have been doing with all the podcasts and artwork you have been doing over the years.
    Thanks Scott

My dad started lawnmowing in the garden about a minute before the guy in the recording started

It’s not so nice listening to two lawnmowers!

Good luck with all your work :)

“Wait a minute. You’re actually centimeters away from reaching your 8 year-old boy dreams.” MY 8 year-old dreams involved marrying Daisy Duke and owning a sports car that talks. YOUR dreams turned out to be much more productive.

You already have a dog named “Daisy.” Keep rockin’, and maybe someday you’ll own a minivan that talks.

Scott, do you have any kind of voluntary subscription? Kind of like Radiohead did? I mean I listen to all of your podcasts and if there was kind of like a “subscription” system where I could pay what I want for your content? Just pay for the month. As a consumer, I would totally do this… and I think others might too.

A monthly subscription based on user decided monthly fee.

    Anyone else have input?

Scott, I caught one of those bee’s and put it in our bug collection. It’s really cool.
Oh… and our praying mantis ootheca hatched… they’re so cute, the little carnivores.
    :)

Just to add on to what Leland said, there are a lot of us out here to listen to your shows who would love to being venturing into self-employment by art, podcasting, etc. just like you are and I just wanted to also say thanks for being an inspiration to me and most likely many others. I wish you the best of luck with your new business and I can’t wait for your upcoming shows. :)

Laing in bed recovering from hernia surgery. Thanks for taking my mind off the pain for 20 mins.

Best of luck with your little company Scott, I had my own webdesign company back in the mid 90’s. But that was not for me, I’m much better of being creative, leaving the marketing and selling to others.

I have no idea why you think people don’t listen to the diary. You would be surprised. I actually like the diary more than the Instance or ELR. It just seems more real. Keep doing what you’re doing (which I know you will)
