Another multi-parter, eh? Can’t wait to see how this unfolds! Liking the longer strip, too! :)

  2. Eric

How far back are we talking? 2009?

Heck. You could go back even further Mr. 38… or is it 39? Surely you remember when blue screens meant your computer was working correctly.

Of course, the old guy would have to hand the kid off to the Ghost of Gaming History since I doubt his chances of being 105 and not in an assisted-living home even in 2075 (a mere 66 years from now) would be slim.

  3. SushiNinja

The end had me laughing! Honestly, I thought this was a little generic through the first 4 panels, but I thought the end made it more original. Can’t wait for the second strip!

  4. Cerv

And in the end we find out that gramdpa is actually “O”

  5. Darrell

Just as long as we’re not beaming poop around, I’m along for the ride. :)

Hey wait a minute… did Scott just do a time travel story?! :O

  6. Iserguy

not necessarily time TRAVEL, but maybe time VIEWING…

  7. Tsukasa

    Poop teleportation again eh?

  8. ZekeTheSquirrel

    “Just a second Billy, I gotta teleport a terd…. Ok, let’s go.”
    .
I loved your little story in EP. No doubt this one will be just as good!

  9. Erich the Mad Bassist

    Oooooh… I’m liking this.

  10. Zorbane

    Ooooo I’m intrigued

  11. Gene

I hope the handle on the side of that chair is for reclining…

  12. mercator

Hey now. Scott and I might make it to 106 years old…

Technology has a long way to go by then. Maybe we will be heads in jars like Futurama, or live in the Matrix :P

  13. Bear-net

ah but now the ultimate question, how would you rather be preserved?
head in a jar or as a computer program?

  14. VBStrider

@Bear-net The ELR crew should answer that in an upcoming ELR episode :)

  15. Biff

I’m predicting a flashback to frustration of never finishing Pac-Man.

  16. Robert

Nooo! Don’t leave me hanging in the end! I want to know what happens next!

  17. Eric

@Robert: That’s how he gets ya. He leaves a cliff-hanger at the end of each part so you have no choice but to return and read the next one. He’s your master now. :)
